GENERAL QUESTIONS

  1. Where are you located?
    184 S. Candler St. Decatur, GA 30030 
  2. Where do I park?
    Wheel chair van accessible parking is available via the driveway to the left of our building. General parking is available via the driveway to the right of our building. There are wheelchair ramps on both sides of the building for your convenience.
  3. What are your hours?
    During the pandemic we are closed to the public for browsing and in-store events, but we are processing online orders 7 days a week and our store is staffed 7 days a week to answer the phone between 12-6pm. Please visit our events calendar for a full listing of virtual events we are hosting online. 
  4. How do I contact you?

  5. Can I pick up my online order even though you are closed for browsing?
    Absolutely! Please choose "store pick up" on your online order and we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for socially distanced porch pick up. Please wear a mask and observe social distance guidelines when picking up your package.

 

ORDER QUESTIONS

  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
    • Not necessarily. If your order is time sensitive, please call us at 404-524-0304 to confirm availability.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
    • No. This just means that we've received your order, you will be contacted when your order has shipped or is ready to be picked up.
  3. When will I get my book(s)?
    • We strive to ship them within 7 business days and delivery time depends on the method of shipping selected. For orders with out of stock items, we will provide an estimated date of shipment. If you would like a better estimate on a particular title, please call the store at 404-524-0304.
  4. What if I need to return something?
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    •  We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 
  6. How can I check the status of my order?
    • Log in, select 'My Account' and Orders' a list of all orders and their current status is provided. Or call the store.
