The OUTrageous Voices Showcase

This event takes place in person at Charis and on crowdcast, Charis' virtual event platform. Charis welcomes OUTrageous Voices to the mic! Enjoy an evening of poetry, prose, spoken word performance and song, showcasing the work of lesbian, queer, bisexual womyn, trans and nonbinary writers who gather twice a year in Georgia for a weekend of workshops, writing, and reading. The event is free and open to all people, but we encourage and appreciate a donation of $5-20 in support of OUTrageous Voices. Please donate in person the night of the event.

In-person event guidelines: 

  • All attendees must wear a face mask at all times inside the building 

  • We will begin seating people at 7:00 PM ET.
